基本情况: 男,1955年生,1977年北京航空学院毕业,1985年~1988年在北京航空航天大学材料系攻读材料腐蚀与防护专业硕士,并获得工学硕士学位。1994-1998年在北京航空航天大学材料系攻读博士课程,并获工学博士学位。与1996年和2002-2003年分别到日本琦玉大学、澳大利亚昆士兰大学进行3个月和一年的访问合作研究。 1991年任北京航空航天大学副教授,1999年任教授、2002年被聘为博士生导师。 研究方向: Ni-W-B、Ni-P非晶态电沉积薄膜技术 复合电沉积镍基抗氧化镀层工艺与技术; 高耐腐蚀电沉积锌基镀层的理论与技术; 高耐腐蚀性憎水膜层; 不锈钢表面化学抛光技术; 不锈钢、铜合金表面钝化、磷化技术; 铝合金表面抛光及化学转化膜技术; 镁合金表面耐腐蚀研究与高防护涂层; 液体微胶囊复合镀层研究; 高耐蚀溶胶-凝胶复合涂层; 海洋性大气条件下镀层加速腐蚀试验方法研究; 科研成果: 科研队伍和指导研究生: 课题组成员有教授1名、副教授1名、高级工程师1名,博士生和硕士生10名。 主要科研成果: 省部级奖4项。国防科技奖三等奖一项,北京市教学成果一等奖一项

Abstract: This paper presents results on the preparation of microcapsules containing liquid organosilica, and their co-deposition with copper in an acidic copper electrolyte onto a carbon steel cathode to form a copper/microcapsule composite coating. Microscopic analyses of the surface and the cross-section of the coating confirm the incorporation of the liquid-containing microcapsules in the coating layer. The influence of microcapsules in the electrolyte on the cathode polarization, as well as that of process conditions on the microcapsule inclusion, is also discussed. © 2004 Kluwer Academic Publishers.
